Dennitsa's drakes were so willing and eager that they'd watch her every move for a signal that they could obey. If she wasn't real careful with her hands (to the point of taking all her conversations out of their line of sight) she'd cause rows of running drakes. Heaven forbid anyone ask her for directions- she'd have to spell out all the letters for right and left, etc.
